We believe so strongly in the life-changing power of CrossFit that we have committed our lives to taking the "scary" out of it. Our small-group setting have a low-pressure personal training vibe, while still providing the community aspect we all love about CrossFit.

Our 300-square-foot space is Rogue-equipped and air-conditioned. We follow CrossFit Affiliate Programming There's even recovery drinks in the fridge. It's just like that big CrossFit gym down the road, without the intimidating crowd.

How it works
Train 2 to 4 days a week in a small, personal setting. Packages are available for as little as 6 weeks.
To ensure the best possible experience, reservations are required and we have limited spots available. Once you purchase your package, you'll receive an email from Coach T with instructions on how to reserve your spot. Get your package here!
